"This is a nice hotel in an area that is walking distance (good solid walk but doable) to many of the sites. The room is decent, staff very very friendly, breakfast is superb. My only issue was the mattress is hard. Maybe that’s normal in Bangladesh, I like a semi soft mattress. I just used Doona as an extra layer. I would recommend staying here"

"The staff are very kind and helpful. They provide shuttle service from the airport of Dhaka to the hotel, which is very nice for first-time visitors like me. The quality of food in the restaurant is also impressive. The only "con" consists of the relative messiness of the area surrounding the hotel, but it's still decent. I recommend this hotel."

"I should've been in here by 2 pm. But i got here little late. They had me waited for long time. They were gossiping with each other, laughing using phones. But rather than that everything else was cool. Food is expensive here. Outside food is not allowed. Water bottle is only given upon requested."

"Location of the hotel is very good with all the major shopping centers and restaurants are nearby. Coplimentary breakfast is good, but would be better it could be provided earlier. AC was not working due to faulty plug. Overall the Customer service is good."

"I like dinning facilities but did not like only desk guys attitude. They are polite but not showing good respect to the clients"

"I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!"
