A hotel that has seen better days. It proudly displays on its entrance awards from 2016, but I feel it’s been neglected since then and when the photos were taken! Room was adequate, but annoying. No bedside lights and a single harsh ceiling light that was unpleasant. Wi-Fi signal was forever dropping out. Bathroom taps were of a design and age that were difficult to turn and shut off. Furthermore, the lift/elevator got stuck on one occasion requiring us to be rescued. An experience i wouldn’t want to repeat. Perhaps that sums up the general neglect and decline of this hotel. Breakfast was decent. Probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Boa estadia, porém, com algumas sugestões.

Quarto limpo, porém, deixo minha sugestão para deixar mais travesseiros disponíveis. Com apenas um travesseiro por pessoa, ficou meio desconfortável dormir. A cama é excelente. Chuveiro de qualidade, deixo minha sugestão para colocarem algo para evitar que a porta de vidro do box bata com força, algum limitador, etc. Em relação ao café, o mesmo está na média, fica minha sugestão para os assados/salgados disponibilizados, pois os mesmos não estavam muito bons. O atendimento foi de ótima qualidade, sem nenhuma observação negativa. A parte de entrada do hotel é muito bonito, com detalhes em madeira. No geral, foi uma boa estadia.

A localização é muito boa, numa rua tranquila muito perto da rua XV. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável, o banheiro é muito bom e grande, chuveiro quente, tudo ótimo em relação à estrutura. O café da manhã é bom, tem uma certa variedade. Minha única insatisfação ficou por conta do check-out, o horário é horrível (11h) e foge ao padrão dos demais hotéis (12h), por conta disso fomos chamadas atenção pelo recepcionista de uma forma um pouco desconfortável, era 11:30h e nos atrasamos porque era feriado de 7 de setembro, Uber demorou. Achei que poderia ter havido mais tolerância e delicadeza.

Há anos eu frequento no Nikko e nunca me decepcionei tanto. - Ninguém recebe a gente pra pegar as malas na porta como era antigamente - Frigobar vazio - sem petiscos no quarto - exaustor do banheiro não funciona - Luminárias sujas - se você pede algo tem que ir buscar na recepção. - Serviço de quarto praticamente inexistente. Em resumo, era um hotel incrível. Hoje a única coisa boa é a localização. DECEPCIONADO

Demora para poder entrar no quarto.

Chekin demorado, sem a possibilidade de ingresso antes das 15h. Mesmo com sustos disponíveis, sem autorização da recepção para entrar no quarto às 14h. Chek out enfatizado que deveria ser até 11h. Não há estacionamento no hotel.
