I didn’t. Like tha fact they do no offer an iron I have to go downstairs every day to iron my clothes, also they do have restaurant service if I need to buy lunch or dinner, they do no provide phone service at the room or laundry if I want to wash my clothes. Super inconvenient

A hotel that has seen better days. It proudly displays on its entrance awards from 2016, but I feel it’s been neglected since then and when the photos were taken! Room was adequate, but annoying. No bedside lights and a single harsh ceiling light that was unpleasant. Wi-Fi signal was forever dropping out. Bathroom taps were of a design and age that were difficult to turn and shut off. Furthermore, the lift/elevator got stuck on one occasion requiring us to be rescued. An experience i wouldn’t want to repeat. Perhaps that sums up the general neglect and decline of this hotel. Breakfast was decent. Probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

A recepção do funcionario novo foi ótima o quarto é bom e confortável o café da manha bom limpeza ok senti falta de uma copa com micro-ondas para aquecer água para um cha ou aquecer alguma alimentação já que nao tem serviços de restaurante o hotel e no centro onde concentra muitos moradores de rua o que impede um caminhar a pé pois shopping é bem próximo más nao tenho hábito de sair a noite fiquei de boa reforço que uma copa faria muita diferenca para o hóspede eu voltaria.

A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga e carece de manutenção. O quarto era espaçoso e estava limpo, porém com alguns defeitos, ar condicionado pingando água, chuveiro com saída entupida (água não desce reto, sai pra todos os lados). Café da manhã mediano, cumpre a função mas nada muito bom. Atendimento da recepção muito cordial e solícito.

O hotel é muito bom. Falta pouco para ser excelente. A equipe da recepção é muito solícita e simpática. Alguns ajustes no banheiro do quarto onde fiquei são necessários, como por exemplo a descarga da privada, muito fraca. Café da manhã bom, com ótimas opções.
