"Very nice but basic hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The best thing is the location! It has excellent access to Parque Barigui right across the street. There is a bike rental stand steps from the door. There is several restaurants and a gas station across the street also. "

Even with check in desk downstairs empty, we had to wait as there was only 1 front desk for the Premier area. After the check in process was done, the room was not ready as it was not clear by supervision (check in time after 4PM). The room had a couple of issues which I already addressed with the hotel (leaking water in the fridge tray), problems with the water drainage in the shower that...

"The Bristol Brasil 500 was a unique looking hotel. The amenities and balcony view were wonderful. The staff was very kind. They did their best to communicate with me despite my lack of Portuguese. I highly recommend this hotel. "
