"The breakfast area was nice, clean and had nutritious food. The room was clean but later out in a weird way. There was no night stand or electrical outlet on one side of the bed and there was a sliding glass door that led to a breezeway type area so you couldn’t open the room curtains to allow natural light in the room or open a window to get fresh air. This wouldn’t be so bad if the room lighting was good (but it wasn’t) or there was a ceiling fan in the room.
Also, the workout room didn’t open until 8:00 am. Not really sure why is wasn’t a 24 hour key access thing because it was small and you wouldn’t make a ton of noise in there. I believe it stayed closed until 8 because the manager slept nearby and didn’t want to hear any noises from people exercising."
"Everything needs updating! Nobody is at the front desk; I had to call the after-hours number for anyone to show up. Very unfriendly and seemed annoyed she had to help me. Even though there is an area, there is NO breakfast. The rooms are old and outdated, but clean. The towels are old and discolored, but appeared clean. The price was the best thing about this place"
"Very clean room, easy check in. Super close to food, shops and the National Park. Absolutely wonderful. The restaurant on site was awesome to have. Great drinks and food."
"This is definitely an older hotel, but given that, we had a really good experience here. It was so nice to have the 3 queens with one in a seperate room for our family. There was a hot breakfast which was nice. It had it's quirks -- no counter space around the sink, chips in the sink, building side door that you help open with a rock instead of using a key, haha. But truly it was a good night's sleep outside of Black Canyon of the Gunnison and the staff were all quite nice and helpful."
