A few of the woman were coughing walking around in thier pajamas I clearly was in the way being a paying customer trying to make my coffee. Paying customers should expect a certain level of professionalism. Teach them some manners Holiday Inn please. "

"Average. This property needs to finish the little details in rooms that are not completed. Refresh painting on ceiling and walls. Need new toilet (I had to hold the handle for about 45 seconds to have a complete flush…annoying. The parking is not adequate at entrance. The hotel needs to inform guests about the specifics amenities and deficiencies about rooms at check in. This hotel’s housekeeping never cleaned my room-I stayed two nights. This hotel is all smoke and mirrors. I give it a rate of 2.5 stars. It has potential to be greater. "
