"Overall, great stay. However the staff was pretty rude in regards to the Expedia reservation. There was a mixup made where my employee name wasn’t added to the reservation and instead of helping out over the phone, they required I work with Expedia. Which is fine, however it was the tone of voice and “I don’t care” attitude that made it worse. "

"The whole stay from check in to check out was perfect. There is tons of private parking as the hotel is set back away from the main road. The woman who checked us in is always so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice, new, modern, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast has a nice selection. We travel to Atlanta at least once a month and we stay here every time!!"

"Average. This property needs to finish the little details in rooms that are not completed. Refresh painting on ceiling and walls. Need new toilet (I had to hold the handle for about 45 seconds to have a complete flush…annoying. The parking is not adequate at entrance. The hotel needs to inform guests about the specifics amenities and deficiencies about rooms at check in. This hotel’s housekeeping never cleaned my room-I stayed two nights. This hotel is all smoke and mirrors. I give it a rate of 2.5 stars. It has potential to be greater. "
