Check in was easy and the reception staff said let them know if I needed anything. I wanted green teabags and asked for them over 2 days about 4 times. Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Room clean but carpet stained and dusty in corners, no soap container so soap was sliding all over the bathroom top so had to keep it on a towel to soak up the water
