The room they give us was big but the cleaning ladies did not do anything to clean it changed towels during the 3 nights we were there. They just came in after our first night and took out our trash but did nothing to fix it change towels or clean, nothing.

Took some time to find a parking stop. Lot of people checking in BUT staff got very body through quickly. Room and bathroom were clean. I really like staying there. Location is great. The only issue I have was the view from my room. The window had a screen, I think to block some of the sunlight BUT it made it kind of hard to see through. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was very nice and clean the front desk folks were very nice and friendly. Did have one issue with invalid charge for some drinks, but one phone call and they fixed it right away. All in all a great experience and we will be back.

Hotel was great and service was great. One annoying thing was house keeping didn’t get to our room each day until 3-4pm often when we returned the room was being serviced or not done yet. Odd to be so late in the day, maybe they are understaffed? Comfortable and modern room and bed.

Upon arrival, staff were very friendly, I was able to check in early which was fantastic. I was placed in a quiet room away from the lifts and stairs which was great.
