Room was clean, staff was nice. The only thing I would change is whatever cleaner they use, makes it smell kind of like a hospital. If they changed the cleaner they used in their rooms if have given it 5 stars.

First time I stayed in such a dirty Hilton place. Understandably, it reflects on the rest of Jackson's downtown - used to have some charm, but now sits lonely and forgotten. Nicest staff, though. Very helpful and charming.
