"Not a pleasant experience at all"

"It was clean, friendly, good free breakfast, comfy beds, good price. Could use some TLC especially around outside, almost kept us from going in."

"The property was very nice but it is not staffed 24 hours. If you take advantage of the beautiful patio, you have to walk around the building to get back inside. The check in process was emailed to me and went to my junk folder. I made the reservation on the app, the check in process should be listed on the app, for example “You will be receiving an email with a code to access the building”. "

"Overall it’s good. Water pressure in showers is poor. Water wasn’t very hot."

"The first 2 nights were loud, especially the 2nd. I kept quiet until 10 pm but that didn’t seem to help. Dogs barking in the lobby which was down the hall from my room. Loud kids and adults in the hallway. I asked the next morning if they could put a “Quiet” sign out and was told that quiet hours start when the pool closes. I said obviously people don’t know that. I will never stay here again and will probably never stay at another best western again. It would not have hurt the clerks to quiet the people and dog down."

"The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!"
