"We were quite pleased with the hotel however, the front desk staff could use some additional training. They left the front desk unattended many times leaving quests waiting. Our check in was slow because the agent did not know how to check in a booking made through Expedia. After checkout - upon getting to the airport we realized the front desk had not returned my drivers license - when we called to inquire about it, the front desk clerk said yes they had it but she was less than apologetic, busy with other customers and not willing to help us get it resolved quickly. It eventually worked out and a second desk clerk was very helpful and brought it to us at the airport with great apologies. Our biggest question about this issue is that when they realized they still had my license, why didn't they call our room? Instead they threw it in a drawer and did not attempt to contact us."
