Breakfast was very good.
However, I was asked to pay for the 3rd person staying in the room.
Amount paid at hotel for 3rd person in the room was GBP140.
I booked the room for 3 pax and didn't expect to pay again for the 3rd pax.
This is the first time that I have to pay for extra person even though I booked based on 3 pax.
Can someone explain?

"The location is spot on overlooking the river. The room we had was massive with nice firm beds, so we had a really restful sleep. Breakfast was good. Only downside was having to drag our cases up stairs otherwise I throughly recommend."

"Older lady at the front was rude and immediately left a poor taste in my company’s mouth upon entering the property. We found our toilets flush knob was broken immediately upon entry into our room. Would not recommend this place to friends and family."
