"I would say this was more 3/4 star at best. Kitchen was limited with minimum utensils provided and barely any equipment. Air conditioning stopped working fortunately, the temperature was cool enough do could live without. Handle to the apartment intermittently locked. The location was excellent amd staff were friendly."

"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. I was traveling with my son so we booked a large suite that had two queen beds, something that is a very rare find in Europe, at a reasonable price through Expedia. The room was beautiful and worked well as we each had our own bathrooms as well. The owners also own multiple restaurants in the area but be careful at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel as we were over-charged (partly my fault for not asking more questions). Other than that experience, I would highly recommend the hotel. "

"The room was beautiful and so big. We loved the view over the park. Every member of staff we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. We loved the outside area where you could sit and chill with a drink from the bar. The hotel is in a perfect location. Would 100% recommend. "

"I took an uber so I am not sure about parking. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and great sites. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean and comfy. I will visit again"
