"Great location, ocean side. Enjoyed the one-night stay."

"The property is well located in the centre of the village. Only complained we had was due to the outside noise (Power saw and back-up alarm from forklift) created by the construction in the harbor. A room on the other side of the hotel might have cushioned that noise somewhat. The staff lady which we connected with in the Grocery/Liquor Store was extremely helpful and sourced a microwave and cutlery for us , since the restaurants where still closed for the season. Would definitely stay there again."

"Old tired motel from decades ago; while there were superficial attempts to refresh the place, they were poorly done; the exterior needs more expert upkeep. Inside the room, very strong chemical odour (recently painted??), really bad wallpaper job, cheap vinyl flooring peeling and chipped, bathroom faucets reversed, shower temperature control goes from scalding to cold without warning, table lamps keep flickering because of defective extension cord (or possible short in the outlet), a portable heater/rad unit caked in dirt and gets so hot it could easily burn someone. Some odd long-term residents from the looks of some people I saw. Expensive considering these problems."

"The property is beautifully situated, but it’s clear that it’s somewhat run down. While the signage is prominent and easy to spot, driving in feels more like entering a large parking lot, with some lanes barricaded off, which creates a less welcoming first impression. We parked across from the lobby entrance near a cabin that appeared to be rented long-term, with personal items on the porch. This added to the overall worn-down feel and made us a bit hesitant at first. That said, the front desk clerk was lovely and very welcoming, which immediately improved our experience. We had no trouble finding our room. Although the rooms are older, they were clean and well-maintained. The view of the water was absolutely gorgeous and a definite highlight of our stay. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the oversized pillows were very full. The room was equipped with useful amenities including a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee provided. We were pleased to see an EV charging station near our room, but unfortunately, when we checked with the office, we were told it is currently still offline. Overall, despite some cosmetic and maintenance issues, the location is very convenient—just minutes from everything we were doing. I would consider staying here again."
