"The hotel is part of a private club for high-end clientle... and it shows! Wonderful feel... room design really well done. Food was excellent (and I was only able to eat in the "casual" restraurant... not the fine dining side. Great location"

"Horrific place to stay this was not a 6,7, or an 8. It's more like a 1 or 2 if you are desperate. The ratings were very deceiving. The conditions of the outside were a joke.The entire place needs a make-over. There were two homeless crack heads right outside and a pimp waiting in the car, playing loud music with his lady of the night trying to check in. One look at the room, and my wife and I drove to Bellevue. I would never recommend this place. The best way to see is to check in is at 8pm -10 pm. You will see for yourself that the area of Seatac is scary. That place was it is not for me. "

"2nd stay and not much better. Housekeeping misses things like filling the soap and making sure hairdryer etc are there. When I ask for the items it seems like I'm bothering them. The space and location is convenient, but after staying at the Residence Inn in downtown Seattle, the level of customer service is night and day."
