"Everything was great! The room was cleaned well and smelled wonderful. The staff were pleasant, our shuttle came and left on time. The only 2 things which would have made a better experience is the absence of a microwave and dim/ low lighting Inside is the room. "

"We chose this hotel to stay at for my son’s birthday. Overall it was a nice stay, with the exception of a couple things. The first being that you have to pay for parking. It was $20/night, not sure why you have to pay for parking but that was weird to me. We stay at hotels all over the DFW area frequently and the only time we’ve paid for parking was in downtown Dallas and it was for valet. Another thing was them wanting to hold my DL to use a luggage cart, never had that happen before so not sure what’s going on there for it to be that serious. The room itself was quite nice, my only issue was some areas looked extremely dated like paint chipping or peeling, some rust spots on the floor in corners of the bathroom. The thermostat in the room didn’t have the heat/cool option so we were freezing. If we wanted the heater, someone had to come in, pull the vent off, and change something within the walls. That’s pretty inconvenient if you your body temp fluctuates and you need the option to use the heat or cool. You don’t always want someone to have to come into your room to change it from hot to cold options on your thermostat. The pool area was also dirty, someone threw up the night before, and when we came down in the morning to swim, the throw up was still there. The little evening reception was lacking as well, they had crackers and cheese, or veggies and ranch. It was nice to get 2 free complimentary cocktails but there are other hotels who outdo them in this aspect. "

"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this motel. First of all, the place was extremely crowded and noisy, which made it very uncomfortable to relax or rest. The room itself was incredibly small and in very poor condition. It honestly felt neglected and not well maintained at all. What made the experience even worse is that the listing clearly stated that the room included a small refrigerator. I specifically chose this motel because of that detail, but when I arrived, there was no refrigerator in the room at all. This was very misleading and felt like false advertising. When I spoke to the employee at the front desk, he simply told me there was nothing he could do about it and didn’t even try to help or offer any solution. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no effort to provide another room or any compensation. Honestly, the least they could do in a situation like this is refund my money or offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the misleading information. Customers should not have to deal with false promises and poor service like this. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with overcrowded conditions, poorly maintained rooms, and unhelpful staff. I am still waiting for a response regarding this issue."
