"First of all, the good points. The staff were all wonderful; all really friendly and helpful. The food was also good. The main restaurant/bar area is a really nice place to dine or have a drink. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was not up to an acceptable standard – particularly when compared to what is being portrayed on the booking websites.
