Great ski locker downstairs, pool, sauna, laundry, cleanness, spacious room, location pretty close to gondolas and not far from supermarket(s) so all in all worth for the price I paid via Expedia (around 600 euros per week...direct prices are higher). A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
