The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. "We had a lovely stay at Llechwen Hall. The accommodation was excellent our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the food was a real highlight, beautifully prepared throughout our stay. The one area that let things down slightly was the atmosphere among staff. It felt like there wasn't much warmth or teamwork between evening team members, and unfortunately this isn't the first time we've noticed this on a visit. A few staff members came across as somewhat forced in their friendliness, rather than genuine. That said, the quality of the rooms and food meant we still had an enjoyable stay overall, and we'd consider returning."
