It was really good. The room was large enough to live in, the kitchen and bathroom were modern and having a private garden was lovely. Having a washing machine and drying rack means not having to carry big bags on the plane.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us. Finally the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious...

Fantastic modern apartment set in an old building close to the Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Had everything you need; air con, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, fan, lots of plug sockets. There are a few flights of stairs but it’s worth it for the beautiful view from the windows. We were able to store our luggage at the main office before check-in and after check-out which was really helpful. Would highly recommend!!!

Positives: Good location for exploring Siena and easy to find. Support was good during our stay if we had issues.
Negatives: At entrance to the main square so noisy. Ear plugs are essential at night to offset noisy restaurants til 1am. Teenagers singing at 3am. Bins at 7am. Shower was ridiculously small. TVs were old, if you want internet bring HDMI lead. Lounge area not cosy. Lighting poor in lounge for reading.
