The room was clean enough, however there was minimal bathroom supplies (towels, soap etc) and no blanket or pillow for the pull out were provided, we didn't get any even though we asked for them until night 2. Overall enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Clean and very quiet room. For the price it was very good. Nice thermal river pool, small but nice. Medium to large main pool with a small water park in it for children's. All room are access by the exterior side of the building, little confusion but more secure.

Patricia at the front desk was very helpful. However, saying the shuttle is $12 is misleading. You need to say $12 one-way or $24. I know that we could not have walked from the port back to the hotel!
