"The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was easy to find, and the room was a great value for what it was. My only complaint is that the bathtub, toilet, sink, and room floor were all dirty. Everything just needed a good scrub. Beyond that, the bed was comfortable and the room was very nice, if I'm ever in Sulfur again I will likely stay here again."

"Casino floor was littered with empty drinks and cigarettes. Room was clean and stocked. Pool area was clean but pools were filled with bugs and plant litter. Resort fee was way higher than posted online."

"We stayed over night getting in at 1 AM. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. One staff member, Laura, was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Terrible experience with Expedia. They refused to cancel my reservation after I called them to cancel after I got to the motel and found out all the rooms were non smoking. I told them I'm going literally across the street to Super 8 and getting a room through them and still refused. So I see....i get charged for a room i'm not even staying in!! Keep up the bad work."
