"I stayed here for my son's orientation at Ohio University and knew not to expect much but was told by a friend rooms were clean. And they were clean. If you need a very very basic place for a night, it's fine, as long as you aren't too picky. The room is sparse. The vanity is not a regular bathroom countertop and very small and the sink is low. The lighting was bad, I needed to do some work and had to take the lampshade off the light so I could see. The bedside lamps were tiny short little cheap things. The AC worked great if it was on 64 degrees. But as soon as you tried to turn it up, the heat in the room kicked on and did not turn off. So 64 all night it was. I love a soft mattress, but this was beyond soft, felt like I was sinking in a hole. There is no elevator, just an fyi if you don't do well with stairs and are on the 2nd floor. Overall, an adequate place to stay 15 minutes from OU and it cost $50 less than what OU was charging parents to stay in a dorm single for orientation. I'm not picky, so it was fine, but just know what to expect going in."
