9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,012 reviews)
For being on the lower end price wise in London this hotel was excellent! Staff was so helpful and very kind at reception and the bar! It ’s located perfectly with the Tower of London literally across the street and public transport is right there. Also if you you’re planning on getting Ubers/taxis this was the easiest/quickest stop for them to get to you!

Nice hotel, the staff are very nice and the free breakfast was great, but rooms, esp the bathrooms, are dated and need updating and maintenance

"The room was not clean at all. The AC didn’t work. We were told that someone was moved in a room before us. No accommodations were made. The bathrooms are very disgusting not clean so much tar under the faucet. The room was so hot no AC they put us in a room with no AC."
