"Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. Security guard...

"I came for Iron 70.3 in September, didn’t make a lot of pre-research on the hotel but it’s absolute one of the best Customer Service and Staff I’ve ever experienced in my life. We traveled to Mexico about three times a year and this was one of the number one vacations. We’ve had there the staff was absolutely incredible. I’m going back for sure next year to race again and I signed up for the rewards program"
