"Water was dirty at shower and when i lost room key card ,the replacement key they charged 500 tk. The worst is they never disclose it upfront. Very rude at front desk management. "

Facilities snd amenities are also good value- an attractive reception area, charming cafe/ bistro on the 8 th floor and good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel! "
