"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

"Property is not inhabitable in the heat, we were due to stay during the heatwave and unfortunately as the entire side of the property is glass and how it faces, it gets even warmer in the evening as the sun comes round. We had taken tower fans with us in preparation but unfortunately due to travelling with a very small baby and a toddler we were not able to stay at the property more than a few hours as our baby became distressed in the temperature. "The hotel feels like a bit of history, and the room was superb. I had the steak pie for dinner and it was the best I've had. My wife had the steak and said it was superb. The wine was delicious as was the cocktail to finish it all off. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the room service. When we needed anything, the staff were always on hand to help. The bar area has inspired us on future designs for our front room! Cracking hotel"
