"The room was extremely hot, no matter what setting I changed the air to. I’m assuming after a certain time the staff leaves therefore I had to suffer all night with no alternative options…. It’s Florida, it’s hot 24/7 so imagine trying to sleep in the heat with no circulating air at all."
