Only had one agent to checkin…. Line was almost out the door. Finally a 2nd agent came in….. we had to fix the toilet in our room!! Also was not provided enough towels . I wish I could give this less than one star. The room had a weird odor. The microwave had scorched food previously. The "onsite breakfast" is a coupon to walk over to Denny's. Hotel Ruby
I was pleased with my experience at Hotel Ruby. Very clean. Nice helpful staff. The free breakfast was limited but definitely suited what I wanted. I would stay there again.

Spokane Tribe Resort and Casino
I don’t do casinos, but I will stay here again for the pool, room and common areas. Nice location, quiet. Awesome hotel!
