"Breakfast was great! Eggs and waffles are the main events. We loved the walk-ability of the property. We were able to walk to the beach, multiple dinner places, Rouses, Publix, Starbucks, and Dell’s for Ice Cream! "

"The Last night there It was a vibration sound due to the water drainage because of 20 miles wind. The staff knew exactly what the sound was but didn't want to tell us what it was. We had to walk outside just to find out. It was so bad. My family couldn't sleep until 4am in the morning. I will not recommend. A lot of people was complaining. Yes the staff know what the problem is. It not mother nature 20 miles wind. It call a bad constructive building. "

"Overall, the experience was great. The food and drinks in all restaurants and bar lounge were delicious. The view and heated pool was fabulous. The free beach chairs and umbrella were extremely convenient and a nice perk. Voyagers atmosphere and food was wonderful and oh my goodness…all of the desserts were unbelievable. We Wish there had been a hot tub. There definitely is a need for different types of pillows. The pillows were way too fat and stiff. We all had major neck cramps, and headaches. Even spoke to other guests who said the same. The café desserts and coffees were outstanding except you really should consider whole milk as no one really drinks skim milk anymore especially on vacation and it does not make for a very yummy cafe latte or flat white which requires whole milk. "

"Our room was very clean with newer updates. The shower did have a leaking door and some water damage to the wall. Beds were really comfortable, but bring your own pillow. The complementary breakfast was one of the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Fresh omelettes every morning. Location was perfect and in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Pool was clean with lots of deck space. The beach is gorgeous and easily accessible from the hotel. Would highly recommended for the location, value for money, and the breakfast!!"

"it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. "

"I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the second room was no better. Floors were dirty, bedding still had stains, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and appliances had visible smudges and residue. The hotel was fully booked, so no other options or upgrades were available. The pool area was also not maintained—dirty chairs, used towels left out, and debris on the ground. For a newer hotel, this was extremely disappointing. It has potential, but the lack of cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again."

"Staff were kind and helpful. The overall experience was good. The only complaints I have are that the lazy river/pool was not heated as described and was actually quite cold and the rooms were not the cleanest. The common areas of the hotel were clean looking and the important parts of our room such as bed and shower were clean but the room was dirty in general. Less important areas such as doors and walls appeared like they had not been wiped in quite some time. We still had a good experience and would consider it again if going to the same area. "

"This is a brand new apartment complex and is very nice. Everything as far as checkin and checkout was super easy. The place was big and very clean. I do believe they could do better with furnishing more items as far as beach towels, maybe a couple of beach chairs, just things needed when you’re staying for a beach trip. Also maybe more dishes, or coffee cups. There was one to go coffee cup. There were three of us staying there and it maybe could have used a few more towels in the bathrooms. Overall, a great stay and great location, just feel that it left out some necessities for a beach trip that should have been included. "
