"The owner was really nice and was willing to pick us up and drop us to the airport no matter what the time was. She gave great recommendations for the best restaurants in town and was able to provide connections with buggy rental companies. They cleaned the rooms every day while we were out. Definitely, recommend staying here. Its right above a sueprmarket and in front of a gas station so its SUPER convenient. "

"It was nice to be welcomed by Ricky at the airport to walk to the apartment which is just less than 500 meters away. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot and the shop to fill up drinking water is on the other side of the street which is super cool when you have to fill a big bottle for your week’s consumption. From the moment I arrived at Grand Sirenis, I knew I had chosen the right place. My room featured a private balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the island’s beauty. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, creating a peaceful retreat after days of exploring.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I must highlight Cristian, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s truly an exceptional person, professional, kind, and always willing to help with a warm smile.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of San Andrés, just minutes from the island’s main attractions, stunning beaches, and lively commercial centers. Whether you’re heading out for a day of adventure or a stroll through local markets, everything is conveniently close by.
The food was delicious, with a good variety to please every palate, and the service was top-notch throughout. The property was always clean and well cared for, and there’s ample parking for buggy cars, which is a huge plus for those who love to explore the island on wheels.
All in all, Grand Sirenis is truly one of the best (if not the best) hotel in San Andrés. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"
