"Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of options. Our room had some minor floor damage from water. Minor details but not enough to ruin your stay. Staff were helpful but some could be more attentive to the needs of guests. "

"This hotel is so bad, rooms smell and are old. There is mold everywhere bathroom, pool. The towels are so old and smell bad. We had a room with balcony, but the door was broken and couldn’t open. When we got to our room there was a dead bird on the balcony. This hotel is lock of maintenance. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the lobby. Very disappointed the pictures when booking shows a nice hotel."

"Horrible, very slow, food takes very long, I called for WiFi and never give me exact result, needed an extra key and staff already trying to charge me. Never will stay again, yes they upgraded me cool but breakfast staff rude as well, pool took 39’mins to give me a pina colada."

"I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was polite, there were several concerns that impacted my stay. Most notably, I encountered a mouse in my room, which was quite unsettling. The location is also something to consider - it's about a 30-minute walk from the main downtown area, and the surrounding neighborhood felt quite rundown. The property itself had more of a backpacker-style atmosphere than what I expected, and the "spa" advertised is actually a separate business next door rather than part of the hotel. Overall, it may be suitable for budget travelers, but it didn't meet my expectations in terms of comfort or environment."
