I had an early arrival and got there way before check in and was able to check on at noon instead of 3 pm. The view is beautiful, the staff is friendly ( not many speak english so have a translator app on standby if English is your primary language), the breakfast is good, drinks are strong, dinner is also amazing. Rooms are clean ( upstairs rooms is not handicap accessible). If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. You can hear every car that passes by all night long. A little far from downtown but the bus stops right on front and will take you down.

The staff, food, and drinks were amazing, however the room was smaller than expected. The bathroom was clean and beautiful and had hot water all the time. My only dislike is that the sheets inly get turned every 3 days and I stayed for 4 days without them once being changed!

Our room was in the first floor without any windows next to a bar to loudly music until late , went I ask the representative she blame Expedia statin it was under the description, no even try to move us to a better room. Thanks to God it was just one nigh to catch the fly next day. The second person that cover it was amazing and accommodating a ride for the next day to go to the airport early morning because an event .

Good hotel, unreliable dinner though

We got a taxi from the hotel for 30,000 cop. The location is not close to anything which we knew. Rent a cart or scooter to make life easier, which you will want to do anywhere you stay on the island. The road is pretty loud and were woken up often and we are not light sleepers. We were happy with our room which was Bob Marley. The AC was cold, there was an area out front to lounge. There were no places to hang wet things, we had to hang them on the railings outside. Hooks in the room would be nice. It would also be nice to have a jug of water to refill water bottles instead of constantly buying single use plastic bottles. Seems like the worst thing that can be done in a small island with vulnerable reefs. The pool and bar were nice and refreshing. Breakfast was great. Our biggest complaint was the lack of communication around dinner. A reason we selected the hotel is because they offered dinner so we could hang around the pool with our 6yr old and enjoy evening swimming. There are no food options close. The first two nights the restaurant wasn’t opened. We had very avg meals in town which was a huge waste. The third night we went to town to grab food and then arrived back to the hotel to see they were serving dinner. We could have been more proactive to figure out the hours and days of dinner. But we would like better communication from the hotel with when food is offered. We would have loved to spend more money there to enjoy the hotel more. Overall we liked our stay

A truly memorable stay thanks to the exceptional and attentive staff, especially Paula, who went above and beyond. Breakfast is a must-try! Light sleepers should avoid front-facing rooms due to road noise. Renting a 'mula' (buggy) for DIY island exploration is highly recommended. While the hotel boasts a lovely ocean view, consider that it lacks direct ocean access. The pool, though aesthetically pleasing, is rather small.

Great stay, lovely staff. Just a little out of the way from town but can get cheap taxis and the hotel staff will call them for you, so not too much of an issue. Only issue was cold showers but after a long day exploring you don’t even mind that in the San Andres heat!

This was a wonderful property to stay at. I woke up to the view of the ocean and could walk across the street and sit at the foot of the ocean. Very peaceful, the staff was helpful and kind. If you are looking for a relaxed experience this is your place.

The people were fantastic. The food was good The place was very clean the pool was beautiful and the view is amazing. I recommend the ocean views.. if you want to do anything Eric will connect you with the right people. I recommend it to anyone especially a couple it's very romantic and quaint

Terrible place!!!! Make yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. They DONT HAVE HOT WATER! The breakfast is poor, and wasnt good. We had to eat out because of the terrible breakfast. The tv turned on but no cable/antena so it was useless. It is far from the tourist areas. Didnt change the towels in the whole stay!! Personnel rude and never helped. So basically awful place to book.
