The hotel is very new and clean sand the facilities are excellent. The breakfast has sufficient variety to cater for all tastes and the location very scenic and peaceful.

The decor is wonderfully relaxing – clean, practical and full of lovely touches. There are plenty of amenities and the staff are really welcoming. It’s in a brilliant spot right by the Plage Vieux in Biarritz.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely small boutique hotel. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and only minutes away from excellent restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Despite being so conveniently located, the hotel offers a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. On the day of my arrival, I found a lovely welcome card waiting for me in the kitchen, together...

Loved our stay - staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location very close to the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool was good fun. Thank you to all the staff!

Green Resort is a beautiful spot, with really friendly and helpful staff. The lodge was clean and comfortable with space to relax on the deck, and the pool area is friendly and inviting. The neighbouring restaurant serves delicious sharing platters. Quite a walk to the beach, but well worth it!

Excellent hotel, friendly welcome from the reception staff. Absolutely spotless throughout. Puts some of the bigger chains to shame. Will definitely stay again.

Great place, lovely people and setting.

What a magical find. Love the hotel and its proximity to the beach and the restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful. Don’t usually go for hotel breakfast but this was the exception. Had a small double room away from sea which I now wish I’d paid the extra for. SJDL is a beautiful place and this hotel is the right place to enjoy it from.

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel has been created out of an old school and it’s lovely to see it given a new life. We liked having breakfast in the garden (which used to be the playground) and having a walk down to the fantastic beaches and cafes of Guethary. We had a room on the second floor and it was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was also big and very clean- but I prefer a separate shower. A great hotel 1 minute away from the hustle & bustle. Balcony room was large & immaculate & staff were friendly & helpful. If you are driving be warned - parking is a nightmare. If you find a space leave the car there until you are ready to leave ! 24 hour parking is available 5 minutes away at a cost.
