"Great stay at this hotel… very friendly staff , not unisual for Italians and let alone Calabrese people … The breakfast is very nice and filling, continental with vienoiserie , juices, a variey of coffee brews… fruit , toast…. The owner is extremely helpful… it is a great place , very central, walkable to the corniche, beach and night life…the areas is very safe and quiet… air con works well,and I am definitely coming back for aonger stay in Regg Calabria. "Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. The ladies at reception were friendly and super accommodating. We travelled from far and had a late check in and it was smooth . We had an early check out this morning as we are visiting family all over Italy and agin they were very accommodating."

"Quick walk to/ from train station .. Older hotel with big renovated rooms, including the bathrooms .. courteous front desk staff and GREAT breakfast .. plentiful, with lots of variety. Perfect stay if catching / arriving on the train. Wifi available and consistent. Only disappointment .. While Expedia listing states .. clothes washers available .. front desk pointed to outside facilities. Certainly all the positive attributes were welcome"

"A very nice hotel with a beach. Our room was in a small one room circular building amongst a similar group, with its own outside seating area. Food was good and amenities good. It seemed good for children and almost all the other guests were families with children. There seemed to be a lot of entertainment for children. As a couple without children this wasn’t ideal, but overall a very nice hotel."
