"Water runs out of the bathroom tub. Management was notified and they quick to check what was wrong and the quick fix they perform did not solve the problem.
Room cleaning was not done timely and I had to call each time it was still not done before 2 PM.
Food was average for a 4 star hotel. Not enough variety. Did not ever serve shrimp or salmon during the whole week we stayed there. For a place on the Mediterranean coast, not serving shrimp or salmon is not normal"
"Upon arrival, total chaos. Lots of yelling and complaining from about 15 costumers unhappy with the rooms’ allotments. It took a while to get rooms. Elevator broken. We had to carry suitcases up 3 floors, same yelling and disputes among some residents for space and line-ups, and between residents and management. Stale food. Some costumers handle food with bare hands then return it. The rooms are not in the best shape. Some residents leave clothing items on lawnchairs for the length of their stay...

"We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back. "
"A 4 star for a 4 star...which is much more a 3 star. Staff are friendly, but laid back. If you manage to get their attention it'll still take 10 mins to get you a drink. The animation team are constantly working, long hours from sun up for breakfast to after sundown and closing shows. 8am to 11pm. Got to hand it to them.
Amenities need updating, as do rooms. Our shower drain was blocked when we areived, meaning an 11pm flood! Maintenance areived within 5 mins, and a cleaner 10 mins later. Great service...but after the fact.
