Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.

The Gran Hotel Miramar is a lovely luxurious hotel . Rooms are a good size. Beds comfortable.Swimming pool & beach are spacious with lots of sun beds. Breakfasts are very good & service at Breakfast first class. We enjoyed our stay very much

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful .The rooms are very well equipped and clean and the bed is so comfortable that we slept well every night . There is a good selection of food at breakfast which set us up well for a day of sightseeing.The hotel is well placed for the city centre with good access to the main tourist spots. The ancient walls beneath the hotel have been beautifully preserved and make an interesting feature .

This is a very beautiful hotel. Amazing service from the reception to the room service. The staff at the restuarants get a 5 star rating. Spa is great for adults.

We booked this hotel last minute from a 5 night trip. The hotel was beautiful with a very peaceful roof terrace to relax and unwind. Our room was bright, modern and clean. The hotel is 15/20 minute walk from the old town 10/15 mins from the beautiful restaurants at the Port.

Beautiful hotel, the Manero bar is stunning, rooms and hotel immaculate. Only minor was the hot breakfast buffet was cold.

Attractive hotel with external ‘living wall’ and modern interior decor. Guy on reception so friendly and helpful. We had a brilliant stay, marred only by the current closure of the rooftop bar due to refurbishment 😩

Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. My husband booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. On arrival we informed that our room had been upgraded which was fantastic. We were then given a tour of the hotel by the guest relations manager. Our room was stunning and huge! It is worth mentioning the massive bed which was as comfortable as it looked. Had an amazing stay at The Flag for a week. It was the perfect peaceful stay as a solo woman traveller. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the whole area felt safe. Will be returning soon!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Right in the heart of Marbella.Great access to public transport and walks on the promenade and the lovely old town. What a location .Definitely recommend.

The reception staff were amongst the best we’ve ever experienced and the hotel is well situated in the old town with numerous bars and restaurants within a short walk. The rooftop terrace is a great sun trap, even in January.

Location was too far away from the centre - not walkable due to road networks

This was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in a hotel!. The hotel itself was terrific as it was so centrally located. I would certainly recommend and will be back.
