Superb apartment, Great communication with staff! Amenities and location excellent!

The most beautiful accommodation in a great location. Welcome bits and bobs helped us loads. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a nice wonderful time. Lovely hotel and great location with very friendly staff! Breakfast was nice and the restaurant is also pretty good. Highly recommended!

A gem and absolutely fantastic place to stay at

I really enjoyed my stay at Mella Marbella and would definitely recommend it. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The location is perfect if you want to be close to Puerto Banús, but I really appreciated that it’s away from all the noise, so you can still relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Overall, a lovely place to stay and somewhere I’d happily return to. A special mention to Lilly, Maria, Morillo and Joanhi, who were absolutely...

Loved the room very spacious we stayed in 27 25th an amazing sea view. Food was lovely staff very attentive and so helpful and polite. We loved our stay so much.

Good

First impressions of the hotel were very good. The service and staff in this hotel are all exceptional from the room and restaurants, to the front desk, concierge and room cleaning. Effortless politeness and efficiency from all staff and services. Room sizes are different in this hotel and very clean. Our room on the fifth floor was absolutely fantastic with a sea view and balcony, large bathroom and flatscreen TV ( this grey furniture could be slightly different colour though). Breakfast and...

Highly recommend. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the historic centre, 5 minutes walk to attractions like Picasso Museum and Malaga Cathedral. The apartment was modern, comfortable and felt luxurious with great views of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, arranged for us to check in late and leave our bags at reception after check out.

Lovely hotel, would stay again and recommend. Breakfast is top tier

What a gem, we booked last minute for a short break, and would not normally book a shared bathroom, but I must say all our anxieties disappeared when we saw the facilities. They were pristine and in excellent order. The room was sparkling, and the window boxes beautiful. The air conditioning worked well and was totally quiet. We received clear instructions on how to access the property and room due to our late arrival. Staff were great and explained everything necessary. We found the property...

Loved the hotel, its position, room, decor, locality, staff, terrace, pool. Just a couple of observations: 1. In room tea/coffee supplies not replenished. 2. Hot breakfast often wasn't. 3. TV channels (although we watch little anyway) __ a bizarre selection. Weather was great.

Close to the train station, shops and the beach. Great poolside area, very relaxed and grown up. Great breakfast choice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

After Expedia reserved the wrong room against the itinerary booking, the hotel were extremely accommodating in sorting it out for us. The staff were very efficient, liaising with Expedia and had the correct room sorted for us within an hour. The deluxe room is spacious, comfortable and comes with little added extras. Half board offers a good buffet selection of European cuisine, which changed every day, with theme evenings and show cooking included. Evening meals are served from 8pm to 11pm and...

Fantastic pet friendly hotel. Really welcoming staff who went beyond. Loved the location, choice of restaurants In walking distance. Ease of parking the car. We opted for the underground car park but there was parking on the roads nearby. Will definitely visit again. Loved the dog spa room as well.

We recently returned from our fifth visit to AluaSoul Costa Málaga in Torremolinos, and I'm thrilled to share that our experience was nothing short of fantastic, consistent with our previous stays. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff at AluaSoul Costa Málaga are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to ensure guests have everything they need for a perfect stay. The hotel itself boasts excellent facilities that...
