Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. But little touches in the bedroom could be improved, like having a desk and raising the height level of the full length mirror (I was cut off from the neck up). It was a heatwave and the AC, having a balcony, made it a very comfortable experience.

Gorgeous hotel, Such lovely staff, especially Lourdes, and all very helpful. The library and common areas are very comfortable, as was our room!

The perfect hotel. Lovely, modern, exceptionally clean room with stunning view across the bay - right in the heart of everything but very quiet with the balcony doors closed. Beautiful pool area, with beds and hammocks shaded by olive trees. Tennis, table tennis and basketball. Lovely restaurant with varied lunchtime menu, poolside, plus a well-stocked bar. Quality breakfast. Welcoming, helpful, friendly staff. We loved everything about it and will definitely return.

Clean room, very friendly staff and all round good hotel. Dog friendly at €20 a night and car park at €20 per night. Plenty of on street parking at this time of year 😀

The hotel is on a hill surrounded by forested mountains and farmland. The location away from a main road ensures the noises of birds and nearby cows are the only thing to hear - it's a beautiful place to unwind and properly relax. The size of the hotel is perfect: it is small enough to ensure that there is space at the outdoor pool (~20 metres) on a hot day. The (free) spa - with sauna, steam room and indoor pool - is a good option if the weather lets you down. There are many facilities...

We had a great time as the hotel de Palafrugell. Superb location, really friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Hope we will be back soon. Huge thanks to all the staff

We had a sea view balcony room which felt very well thought out, modern, bedding comfortable. Totally pleased with our stay. Receptionist explained what we needed to know and we would recommend without any hesitation.

A good place to stay if you prefer the beach and being close to the action. Relatively quiet street with a nice outdoor area.

This small 20 bedded, intimate hotel is probably one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. What a delight to be served by waiters and the staff were so polite - nothing too much trouble. Be prepared to let out your waistband because the food, especially the breakfast, is to die for. Unlike some of it's more noisy neighbouring towns Tossa de Mar remains relatively unspoilt, particularly the historic old town, although it does get busy with Spanish locals at weekends. Fantastic stay, Hydro Spa is amazing as were all the staff! Location for us was perfect as we hired a car to go to some beautiful fishing villages and restaurants (ask the reception staff they will recommend some).

Such a lovely stay at Alta House. Super clean rooms, comfy bed, great breakfast included. All the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel has reserved spaces in a car park about 5min walk from hotel which is 8euros a day, which is more expensive than the public car park cost but finding a space in the public spaces was really challenging so thankful for the car parking space offered by the hotel. Would recommend to anyone visiting Begur!
