Rota is a lovely old Spanish town with good facilities and interesting shops. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and the prices are generally lower than busier resorts. The hotel is in a prime location by the beach but also convenient for the old town. The room was large and well furnished and was spotless. The hotel has an excellent restaurant facing the beach and a very nice pool with sunbathing areas on two levels. Highly recommended.

Location is wonderful in the old town, with coffee and pastry shop next door - was open at 8am. Quirky with everything you need in a small but lovely room with fridge and TV and en-suite shower room. Well decorated and clean. Only suggestion for hotel would be hooks to hang the towels in the room we were in.

Basic hotel but clean, friendly owner, well located, good value

It is a small hotel 5 min walk from the beach. My room was located on the ground floor, it was nice, not too big but very pleasant. The only one thing that bothered me was the fact that you could hear all conversations in the reception and a noise from a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, it was a problem late at night or very early in the morning. This apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Photos are true to the reality. Good wifi, beautiful terrace great shower and fabulous communication. Access and check in were super easy and safe. We loved our stay here and will be back! Thank you.

Everything was super well. The room was super clean and good staff. Breakfast excellent. Relaxing place and beautiful. Ideal to get away. Pool was ideal. Restaurant a bit expensive for a buffet. Walking distance from hotel ideal good prices restaurant . Bar in hotel very good service and very nice staff.

What a fantastic hotel in Sanlúcar! The staff was welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The space is thoughtfully designed and incredibly convenient. I hope to return in the summertime to enjoy the pool—it’s truly a lovely spot. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! (Oh, and the shower in the washroom was fantastic. Very important!)

This is a 1star hotel, but this doesn’t do it justice. It is a superb, clean, welcoming hotel in the centre of Cadiz. I’ve visited Cadiz 5x and this is the perfect location- one minute walk from the cathedral, three to the amazing food market. Really friendly staff. The bed is super comfortable, the a/c is excellent and a great shower. I travelled all over Spain for 3 weeks and this was the bargain of the trip. Highly recommend.

Check in was straightforward. Our room wasn’t ready but the lady on reception said she would ring me as soon as it was available. She showed us to some lockers to leave our cases. I received a call about an hour later to say the room was ready. We had been upgraded to an apartment for 4, it was lovely and clean and very spacious. We loved our stay at this Hotel. The location is perfect. Our room was lovely and staff and service was excellent. Would highly recommend for a short break in Cádiz and would stay there again if visiting this beautiful city. The hotel is an easy walk from the train and bus station

Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Friendly, helpful staff. We ate at both restaurants and the food was great. Bonus was two complimentary bottles of water in the room everyday. We stayed for seven nights and had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our six night stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was ideal. Members of staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

Had the feeling of luxury, recently renovated, stunning room. The staff were forst class and helpful. We ate at the restraunt at the hotel and it was beautiful food. I suggest parking in a car park first and taking lugagge to hotel. You can park temperorally at the hotel whilst you check in but the streets are very narrow and Google maps was getting confused. It didnt effect our stay though.

Excellent property in the centre of town. 7mins walk to the beach. Property modern,clean,well equipped & Exceeded expectations. Welcome water & drinks topped up regularly with sweets & chocs left in the room daily. Staff all helpful & friendly.nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast in nearby cafe with lots of excellent choice. Would highly recommend.
