"Didnt do the breakfast, my granddaughter loved it. My bed was like sleeping on a cloud, only too high up for an older, short person to get in and out easily. Perfect location for what we needed, in town for wedding and venue was about 15 minutes away"

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived early due to incoming storms and was able to check in 15 minutes ahead of schedule, though I did have to wait a short time for my room to be finished. While the building is definitely dated and there was an odd smell in the upstairs hallways, my room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The room was generally clean. However, the jetted tub—which overlooked the woods—was quite dusty, likely because the room also features a standard bathtub/shower. The room included an iron, mini-fridge, microwave, and hairdryer. Note that there was no coffee pot in the room, and the deadbolt on my door would not lock. The woods behind the building contained a fair amount of visible trash. I arrived shortly after 9:00 AM to breakfast to find the area quite messy and most food items depleted, I recommend arriving much earlier. The snack machine was out of order, though a sign directed guests to purchase soda at the front desk. The lobby and waiting areas were not very clean. While my room was fine, I did encounter another guest who was not happy at all with the condition of her room. Parking is somewhat congested. As is common in Nebraska, there are many large trucks, which can make the lot feel a bit tight. "

"Lost reservation. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone for quite a while to check in/out. The room that we did end up getting was not overly clean and smelled weird. Air conditioner didn’t cool and if the cord moved it stopped working. "

"Rooms were dirty cabinets doors were falling off along with they were filthy. All the floors were filthy, not only in the room, but the elevator in the hallways staff was rude especially the night staff woman."

"I thought the room was nice. The shade in our room was broke so therefore were unable to close that. We had a suite but had no chairs to sit on. Was hard to just sit and relax, disappointed in that for sure, especially for what you pay."

"Room was clean, but air fresheners not appreciated at all. We reserved a room for 3 people, but there was only one towel provided. We had to make our own fold out bed. No coffee maker in the room either. There were almost no electrical plugins available."
