"Staff at check in not friendly. Hotel stinks of cigarette smoke. Fan in bathroom, even though it was off, kept making a knocking sound all night. It would last for a couple minutes at a time. Several times per hour. All night long. We could stop the noise by turning on the fan and turning it off. But the problem would come back shortly thereafter. We thought about asking for another room but we really needed to sleep as we needed to get up very early. Moving to another room would have just been a hassle / interruption. At that point it was a no win scenario. "

"Stayed here twice....never again. DIRTY out front of lobby (outside), dirty lobby floor, looks like floor has not been mopped in a month. The entire place is badly in need of repair. Forgot my tooth brush, went to the front desk to ask to buy one. I was told, "We don't have any." In fairness, perhaps they sold out. Place smells like popcorn 27/7. Rooms are functional and that is about it. Don't expect COMFORTABLE amenities."

"Had a second floor room overlooking the river. Next best thing to a cabin, but within walking distance of everything downtown including the train. I was totally enchanted with my balcony on the river!"

"Parking was fine. Hard boiled eggs and english muffins for breakfast were good. There was too much liquid in oatmeal for my taste ( at 7am). I appreciated the refrigerator, the microwave and the Keurig coffee machine in the room."

"Booked a handicapped accessible room.Only accessible from the outside where we parked the vehicle. Had to carry all our bags and special equipment 20 yards up a hill to get to the room. We will not stay here again. Holiday inn for sure. Worth the extra $30.00 a night."

"Rooms are clean. Good price on breakfast buffet but get there early. Food at 9 was a little aged. Nice facility. Exercise room was missing some items for cleaning and didn’t look to be cleaned between days but it was empty both times. Missing some crucial 10 lb weights. Accommodating gracious staff. No soap in showers 1st day."
