"Really beautiful hotel. Perfectly located at the Murano Museo stop so it allows for easy and convenient travel. Supermarket nearby. Vibes were immaculate, rooms are a good size enough for 2 people. All the amenities were great. Thank you for the upgrade, truly appreciated."

"The room was clean, the towels were great, everything worked. Our bed was made and the bathroom cleaned daily. We really enjoyed sitting on "the patio" by the common breakfast area in the evening. Murano is practically deserted after 6pm, and it was so nice to stay on one of the islands. The hotel is a short walk from the Museo Vaporetto stop, near a grocery store, and the better gelato shop on Murano. We would definitely stay at this property again."

"A beautiful hotel, although it is no longer brand new. Some facilities were not working properly, such as the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the bidet tap. The hotel was very crowded, with no available sun loungers in the spa, and we had to wait for a table at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of food, which was constantly replenished. The staff were highly professional, well-trained and attentive."

"We loved the hotel. So nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Venice centre but still very easy to jump on the train and be there in 20 minutes via the hotel shuttle bus. Staff are so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time there. We borrowed the hotel bikes to ride along the riverside and it was fantastic. The only thing is, and we didn't mind at all, but we planned our days around what time the shuttle bus ran as it only runs at certain times. Not a negative, just a consideration if you didn't want to walk back from the station (less than half an hour walk)."
