"We had a great stay at the Apex in Bath. The location was great - close to everything in Bath. However, the reason I am motivated to provide a review was the quality of the staff. They were truly excellent. Everybody we met from the time of check-in to leaving for the airport was fantastic and seemed genuinely happy in their work."
