First of all the pool closes at 9pm even on wknds No fridge inside the room for your leftovers or keep your water cold. Ice is not free or provided in the property, they want you to purchase it. Iam a 65 year old man.was given a room in the 4th floor that would have been fine,except that elevevator did not work.walk up to the room the opening card to the room did not work.i complained few times about the elevator.never was offer to to be moved to a lower floor.so,would really think again ...

Quartz Hotel & SPA
The room was clean and the staff is helpful, we paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t warm up so we paid extra for no reason.
