"When I first arrived and checked in, I asked the person at the desk where can I catch the tram? She walked me too the corner and explained which traffic light in the distance was the tram stop. This is just the first of several times the staff made my trip here a relaxing experience. The staff here is great! Best Regards - Randall "

Not enough parking forced to used valet.( although valet attendants very helpful and attentive) resort Accommodations very dated ( I believe they’re planning on renovating) . The pool area and overall grounds were inviting. The shop attendants very pleasant, bartender very good and informative. The coffee shop needs more attendants to be more efficient and timely. Overall , I wouldn’t stay there again."
