"Our second time staying at this property. The staff is extremely helpful and appreciative of their guests. We love having three different beach options all perfect for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. The largest pool in the Caribbean doesn't disappoint. Fun daily activities and nightly entertainment are top notch. Food and drinks were excellent. Our first trip we stayed in a beachfront bungalow, this time we were closer to the restaurants and lobby and we were very close to the pool and beach. Nearly 6 months after the hurricane there was still alot of the construction going on but nothing that effected anything. I would highly recommend for couples,(Lady Hamilton side) and a side for families. One love."

"The beach is just STUNNING!!! The Jamaican restaurant was good but way to spicy for those who cannot handle hot spice. The meat patties were delicious but again, way to spicy for those who cannot handle hot spice. Their version of mild is HOT. I have been to Negril so many times and this is the first time I see a resort that does not have mild versions of the hot dishes. The staff are the best thing in this resort, hands down. The beach life guard Rush is AMAZING!!! Made my stay all the better. Amelia that worked at the restaurants was also AMAZING! They provided top notch service. As for the resort, it needs renovations. My room was good but the balcony needed help. It rained outside, it rained on one side of the balcony. I would say 3 star resorts."

"The staff are amazing! Rooms are clean. Food never disappoints. The gym could use functioning cooling system that works. The hot tub was broken so that was disappointing. The property itself could use a little TLC, buildings, gardens etc. "
