"An Exceptional Stay at Ocean Coral Spring Resort My stay at Ocean Coral Spring Resort in Trelawny was truly above my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even though our room was not immediately available, the staff made sure we were checked in and comfortable while we waited. They even helped us find restaurants where we could have lunch, which made the wait so much easier and showed how committed they were to making sure we were taken care of from the beginning. The ambiance throughout the property was beautiful, and I absolutely loved the ship-at-sea theme. It gave the resort a unique atmosphere and made the experience feel like more than just a typical hotel stay. The nightly performances were another highlight. They were entertaining and did a wonderful job of immersing guests in the local culture. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. And the food was exceptional! Of all the restaurants, Sugarcane and the red snapper were my favorite. What stood out to me most, though, was the consistency of the hospitality. The staff continued to make us feel welcome and comfortable right up until the moment we left. Everyone we encountered was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Even after we had checked out and left the property, someone from the management team reached out to check on how our stay went and personally thanked us for choosing Ocean Coral Spring Resort."

"The entire staff at this resort were very friendly, accommodating and smiling all the time. This was a welcoming experience because it’s very rare at most resorts in Jamaica where the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The only downside didn’t realize that both properties were that close in proximity that would have help for better planning for this particular trip. No iron in any of the rooms had to call twice before receiving one. Jerome at the Xayama restaurant was amazing. The buffet was typical don’t really care for buffet however the à la carte restaurants were good."
