"This property is in terrible disrepair! One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at! One elevator was broken, the only ice machine was broken, the room had minimal towels, the shower curtain was so short, the bathroom flooded and we didn't have much to clean it up with. We cut our trip short and forfeited nearly $200 (prepaid room plus extra parking we weren't told about ahead of time!"

"Good stay, didn't love the parking fee. I know it's close to the airport but you don't have to charge people that are staying at your hotel. My suggestion is to give guests a parking pass for free and you can charge non-guests to park there if you'd like to."

"Breakfast was always great a fresh and done as I like it … the only negative about my stay was dinner .. I ordered the ropa vieja and all I got was sauce, peppers and onions . It was truly a disgrace and unacceptable for the price $38? Not good . Also waited to be attended for 20 minutes before anyone came over to say “I’ll be right with you “ it seems the restaurant at dinner is understaffed … also as a guest you charge for water bottles??? $3.09 each??? I’ve stayed in low budget hotels and never have I paid for water .. the front desk charges my room . That’s very unfortunate.."
