All the staff were excellent. Everyone speaks Spanish but most staff members speak English and if they don’t they will get someone to help u. U can always use translator on your phone.
They food options are endless. They change up the buffets everyday. If u like seafood plenty of it! They also have 3 other restaurants u can eat at we only ate at Italian and it was fabulous.
The pool bar amazing! Darwin and Franklin best bartenders ever!
The rooms need updating but it did the job.
You do not have blue water in the ocean because a river runs into it so it’s not blue at all.
At night time they have entertainment every night and then the nightclub is open from 10:30 to 2 am. They have a casino but it is very small not really worth it!
Overall had an excellent time! I would go back!

Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming! Room was nice although noisy until 11 pm. Shower door didn't close so bathroom floor was always wet and slippery. Beach was beautiful although not the white sand and clear turquoise of some places. We loved both pools and especially the swim up bars! Breakfast and lunch buffets were great, dinner restaurants disappointing. But we enjoyed our trip and would go back. The beach was great and we miss it now!!!

It was amazing! I will stay there again! Loved how kind and genuine everyone was especially Alvarez, Jazmin and Alberto. Also I loved Yareilin Morla! what a GREAT SINGER! She took my breath away. I loved the food, the bar, the lobby areas as well as the pool and the beach was beautiful.
